PENSIONS- Extension of benefit of consolidation of pension/family pension issued in G.O.Ms.No.51, Finance (HRM.VI) Department, Dated: 08.05.2015 to Non-teaching pensioners of all Universities, Aided Institutions including aided Polytechnics -Orders-Issued. Finance (HRM.V-Pensions) Department.

1.In the G.O. 1st read above, orders were issued consolidating the pension to the pensioners and family pensioners in Revised Pay Scales 2015.

2.In the G.O.2nd read above, Government have accepted the recommendations of the Tenth Pay Revision Commission on the revision of the Pay Scales to Non-Teaching staff of all Universities and decided to extend the fixation benefit of 43% as was allowed to the State Government employees. 

3.After careful examination Government hereby order to extend the benefit of consolidation of pension/ family pension to the Non-Teaching Pensioners of all Universities and Aided Institutions including aided Polytechnics as was issued in G.O. 1st read above and shall apply to mutatis-mutandis.

4.The additional expenditure on account of these orders shall be met within the block grant of Universities.
