Andhra Pradesh .AP. Higher Education Department - National Service Scheme - Budget Release Order for Rs. 4,70,32,000/- (Rupees four crore seventy lakhs and thirty two thousand only) of Central Share 1st Installment of Regular Activities and Special Campaign Programmes in the State of Andhra Pradesh for the year 2015-16 –Orders –Issued.
Read the following:
ORDER
1. In the references 2nd to 4th read above Budget release orders have been issued for an amount Rs. 4,70,32,000/- (Rupees four crore seventy lakhs and thirty two thousand only) towards Regular and Special Camping Programme grants of Central Share under NSS Grants of 1st installment for the year 2015-16 for taking up NSS activities in the State of Andhra Pradesh towards Special Component Plan for Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribe Sub Plan and General Components.
2. Administrative sanction is hereby accorded for an amount of Rs. 4,70,32,000/- (Rupees four crore seventy lakhs and thirty two thousand only) for disbursing to the Universities in the State at an appropriate time.
3. The expenditure sanctioned in para 2 above shall be met from the provision in BE 2015-16, re-appropriation issued and additional amounts released as per the references 2nd to 4th cited.
4. The expenditure sanctioned above shall be debited to the following Head of Account.

5. The State NSS Officer (DDO), State NSS Cell, Higher Education Department, A.P. Secretariat, Govt. of A.P., Hyderabad is hereby authorized to draw the NSS grants and disburse to the N.S.S accounts of the Universities concerned through E.C.S.
