Budget Estimates 2015-16 – Administrative Sanction for an amount of Rs.1,36,19,000/- (Rupees One Crore Thirty Six Lakhs Nineteen Thousands only) as Matching State Share for implementation of Teacher Education Programmes (Salaries) and Activities in DIETS, CTEs, IASE & SCERT to the Commissioner of School Education, A.P. Hyderabad - Orders – Issued.

1. G.O. Rt. No. 219, School Education (Prog.II) Department dated 07.11.2015 
2. From the Commissioner of School Education, A.P. Hyderabad Lr Rc. No. 6/B/SCERT/2014, dated 02.01.2016. 
3. G.O.Rt.No.284, Finance (FMU.Education) Department, dt;22.02.2016.

 ORDER: 

1.In the G.O. 1st read above, based on the BRO issued in GO.Rt.No.2739, Finance (FMU.Education) Department, dt: 03.11.2015, administrative sanction orders issued to the Commissioner of School Education, A.P. Hyderabad for an amount of Rs. 4,08,58,000/- Plan as Central share, (Rs. 66.28 lakh from the BE Provision 2015-16 and Rs. 342.30 lakh as additional funds) in relaxation of Treasury Control and Quarterly Regulation Orders pending provision of funds by obtaining Supplementary Grants at the appropriate time during 2015-16 towards meeting the expenditure of salaries and programmes of DIETs, CTEs and IASE under the scheme of Support of Educational Development including Teachers Training and Adult Education. 

2. In the reference 2nd read above, the Commissioner of School Education, A.P, Hyderabad, has requested the Government to arrange for release 1st installment of Rs. 136.20 lakhs towards 25% State Matching Share for the year 2015-16, so that the Govt. of India may be requested to release its 2nd installment and utilize the total approved budget for the year 2015-16 without any lapse. 

3. In the G.O. 3rd read above, the Finance (FMU-Education) Department have issued Budget Release Order for an amount of Rs.1,36,19,000/- (Rupees One Crore Thirty Six Lakhs Nineteen Thousands only) Plan Rs.0.72 lakhs from the BE Provision 2015-16 and Rs.135.47 Lakhs as additional funds in relaxation of Treasury Control and Quarterly Regulation Orders pending provision of funds by obtaining Supplementary Grants at the appropriate time during the year 2015-16 as Matching State share for implementation of Teacher Education Programmes (Salaries) and Activities in DIETS, CTEs, IASE & SCERT under the following Head of Accounts: 

4. In pursuance of the Budget Release Order issued by the Finance Department vide G.O. 3rd read above, Government hereby accord administrative sanction to the Commissioner of School Education, A.P. Hyderabad for an amount of Rs.1,36,19,000/- (Rupees One Crore Thirty Six Lakhs Nineteen Thousands only)Plan Rs.0.72 lakhs from the BE Provision 2015-16 and Rs.135.47 Lakhs as additional funds in relaxation of Treasury Control and Quarterly Regulation Orders pending provision of funds by obtaining Supplementary Grants at the appropriate time during the year 2015-16 as Matching State share for implementation of Teacher Education Programmes (Salaries) and Activities in DIETS, CTEs, IASE & SCERT. The procedure of drawl and disbursement of funds shall be followed as indicated by the Finance (FMU-Education) Department in the BRO. 


5. The Commissioner of School Education, A.P. Hyderabad shall take necessary action accordingly and report the progress of the Utilization of the funds from time to time to Government.
