Sub : CSE Budget 2015-16 (Non Plan) Release of funds towards payment of salaries to the staff working in Aided primary schools during the financial year 2015-16 Orders Issued.

ORDER:
In pursuance of the orders issued in the reference read above, the Commissioner of School Education is hereby accords sanction for release of an amount of Rs.36,26,00,000/-(Rupees Thirty six Crores twenty six lakhs only) as shown in the Annexure, to the District Educational Officers concerned towards payment of salaries to the staff working in the Aided Primary Schools in the state towards short fall of third quarter and fourth quarter of the financial year 2015-16.
The District Treasury Officers in the state are requested to admit the claims preferred by the District Educational Officers concerned to the extent of Budget now released on receipt of authorization issued by the Director of Treasuries and Accounts, A.P., Hyderabad.
The above expenditure shall be debited to the following Head of Account :
All the District Educational Officers are instructed to utilize the funds now released for payment of salaries upto Feb, 2016 in the first instance and the balance for PRC arrears, DA arrears, Encashment of Earned Leave arrears etc., pertain to the period 2015-16 and ensure that no funds are lapsed.
