ORDER:
1.In the reference read above, the Commissioner of Technical Education & Chairperson, State Board of Technical Education & Training, Hyderabad, has requested the Government to give mercy chance to clear the backlog subjects for the failed students of C-05 Scheme 3½ year (SW) 2008 batch, C-09 Scheme 3 years 2009 batch, IVC (C-09) (PIN-10) 2011-12 batch, and ER-91 PH 2011 batch (2 years), for completion of their backlog subjects, as 2nd mercy chance.
2. Government after careful examination of the matter, hereby permit the Secretary, State Board of Technical Education & Training, Andhra Pradesh, to conduct Diploma examinations for the failed students of C-05 Scheme 3½ year (SW) 2008 batch, C-09 Scheme 3 years 2009 batch, IVC (C-09) (PIN-10) 2011-12 batch, and ER-91 PH 2011 batch (2 years), for completion of their backlog subjects, as 2nd mercy chance.
3. The Secretary, State Board of Technical Education, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad shall take further action accordingly.
