Read the following:-

  2. From Commissioner Health & Family Welfare, Hyderabad Andhra Pradesh, Lr.Rc.No.668 /RBSK/SHP/2014,Dated:  30/10/2014. 

ORDER:

1.National Health Mission involves child health screening and early intervention services. The Government of India has launched Rashtriya Bal Swasthya Karyakaram (RBSK) with the aim of screening and treatment of children from 0 to 18 years. 


In this programme, it is a systemic approach to early identification of 4 Ds, i.e. Defects at birth, Diseases, Deficiencies and Developmental delays including Disabilities prevalent in children 0 to 18 years of age. In the State of A.P. around one crore children will benefit from this programme. This programme assures free management and treatment including surgical interventions at tertiary level. All pre-school children below 6 years of age would be screened Mobile Health teams atleast twice a year and school children age 6 to 18 years would be screened by the team atleast once a year. 

The Mobile Health Team will consists of four members – 2 Doctors (male and female), an ANM/Staff Nurse and a Pharmacist. The District Early Intervention Centres (DEICs) have also established at the District Head Quarters Hospitals across the State to provide referral support to children detected with health condition during the preliminary health screening. 

2.The Commissioner Health & Family Welfare and Managing Director, National Health Mission, Hyderabad Andhra Pradesh, in his letters 1st and 2nd read above, has requested for permission to fill 1800 posts(Medical  Officers (Male:450+Medical Officers (female):450+Staff Nurse:450 + Pharmacist:450) for Mobile Health Teams and 13 DEICs (one post per each 
District except Staff Nurse) in different categories on contract and outsourcing basis for successful implementation of Rashtriya Bal Swasthya Karyakram (RBSK) under National Health Mission in the State. 

3.The Government after careful examination of the proposal in detailed 
and hereby accord permission to Commissioner of Health and Family 
Welfare and Mission Director, National Health Mission to fill the following posts for Mobile Health Teams and 13 DEICs for successful implementation of Rashtriya Bal.Swasthya Karyakram (RBSK) under National Health Mission on contract and outsourcing basis as all these posts are approved by Govt. of India in RoP – 2014-15:



4. The Commissioner of Health & Family Welfare and MD NHM, Hyderabad Andhra Pradesh, is requested to, while filling up of posts on contract basis through a Society / District Selection Committee, issue a paper notification and follow Rule of Reservation, the age and educational qualification as per State Government rules.

5.The Commissioner of Health and Family Welfare, A.P., Hyderabad shall take further necessary action in the matter. 

6.This order is issued with the concurrence of Finance (HR-I) Department vide their vide their U.O. No.18326/62/A2/HR.II/2015
