1.In pursuance of the orders issued in the G.O. read above, the following notification will be published in an Extra-ordinary issue of Telangana State Gazette, dt:15-06-2016.
In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of sub-section (1) of section 9 of the Indian Stamp Act, 1899 (Central Act II of 1899) the Governor of Telangana hereby exempt from payment of Stamp Duty and Registration fees up to a maximum extent of Acres.5.00 guntas, subject to the conditions specified in G.O.Ms.No.153, Revenue (Assignment-I) Department, dt:03-06-2016, for regularization of "Sada Bainama" documents throughout the State as one time settlement.
