Important Guidelines:-

The attention of the District Educational Officer, Krishna, Machilipatnam is invited to the reference 2nd read above and he is informed to follow the guidelines given below in continuance of this office proceedings 1st read above.

All the upgraded vacancies may be displayed while conducting the promotion counselling to fill up the posts of School Assistants (language and also Physical Education) upgraded in terms of GO Ms. No. 144 Fin. Dept. Dt: 02.08.2016.

With regard to adjustment of certain teachers waiting for placement due to vacating their places on account of filling up of their posts such teachers may be adjusted temporarily on ad-hoc basis against the vacancies available to avoid hardship to such teachers and also not to suffer instruction in the schools. For this purpose, station seniority should be taken into account. Service rendered by such teachers at their new places will be taken into consideration at the time of transfers counselling of teachers to be held in 2017 as if they are working in their previous places.

The categories of Teachers who are now transferred on promotion from LPs/PETs  and other equal categories should be relieved from the present place of working on receipt of orders he/she shall get relieved immediately i.e. within one day and join at the new school where now promoted/accommodated.

 He / She shall not claim for continuation in the promoted post as all such posts shall be made available for the general transfers counselling to be taken up in 2017 as per the orders to be communicated by the Government.

 If during general transfers counselling, he/she fails to exercise his/her option he/she is liable to be transferred to anywhere by the competent authority.

 All promotions/adjustments issued as per these proceedings  are purely ad hoc under 10 (a) of AP State and Subordinate Service Rules and shall be subject to review depending on the final outcome of the cases pending if any in Honble Supreme Court of India and any case pending in Honble HighCourt of Andhra Pradesh/AP Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad.

Deviation of these instructions will be viewed seriously.Receipt of these proceedings should be acknowledged.
