Applications are invited Online from qualified candidates through Commission’s WEBSITE (www.tspsc.gov.in) to the post of Trained Graduate Teachers in Residential Educational Institutions Societies.



Submission of ONLINE applications from Dt. 10/02 /2017Last date for submission of ONLINE applications Dt. 04/03/2017Hall Tickets can be downloaded 07 days before commencement of Examination.The question paper of Preliminary (Screening Test) and Main examination will be supplied in English version only except languages.

The Preliminary (Screening Test) is likely to be held on Dt. 19/03/2017
Main Examination (Objective Type) is likely to be held on 30/04/2017 F.N AND 30/04/2017 A.N.

The Commission reserves the right to conduct the Examination either COMPUTER BASED RECRUITMENT TEST (CBRT) or OFFLINE OMR based Examination of objective type. Before applying for the posts, candidates shall register themselves as per the One Time Registration (OTR) through the Official Website of TSPSC.

Those who have registered in OTR already shall apply by login to their profile using their TSPSC ID and Date of Birth as provided in OTR.

Qualifications & Vacancy Position :-


The candidates who possess requisite qualification may apply online by satisfying themselves about the terms and conditions of this recruitment. The details of vacancies are given below:-




EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:


Applicants must possess the qualifications from a recognized University/ Institution as detailed below or equivalent thereto, as specified in the relevant Bye Laws/ Service Regulations, indented by the Residential Educational Institutions Societies as on the Date of Notification.



Academic Qualifications:-


TGT (Telugu) – 


Must possess a Bachelor’s Degree (OR) its equivalent from an institution recognized by the UGC with Telugu as the main subject AND A first (OR) second class B.Ed with Telugu as methodology subject (OR) Telugu Pandit Training with not less than 50% of marks (OR) its equivalent from an institution recognized by the UGC

TGT (Hindi) – 


Must possess Bachelor’s degree (OR) its equivalent with Hindi as one of the full elective subject from an institution recognized by the UGC AND A first (OR) second class B.Ed (OR) Hindi Pandit Training (OR) its equivalent from an institution recognized by the UGC (OR) equivalent degree from an institution recognized by the UGC with methodology in the concerned subject with not less than 50% of marks

TGT (English) – 


A Bachelors Degree (OR) its equivalent with English as the main subject (OR) one of the optional subjects (OR) a Post Graduate Degree in English from an institution recognized by the UGC AND 3 A first (or) second class B.Ed (or) equivalent degree from an institution recognized by the UGC with methodology in the concerned subject with not less than 50% of marks

TGT (Maths) – 


Must possess a Bachelor’s Degree from an institution recognized by the UGC with Mathematics / Applied Mathematics / Statistics as the main subject (OR) one of the three equal optional subjects AND A first (or) second class B.Ed (or) equivalent degree from an institution recognized by the UGC with methodology in the concerned subject with not less than 50% of marks

TGT (Physical Science) – 


Must possess a Bachelor’s Degree (OR) its equivalent from an institution recognized by the UGC with Physics and Chemistry as the main subjects AND A first (OR) second class B.Ed (OR) equivalent degree from an institution recognized by the UGC with methodology in the concerned subject with not less than 50% of marks

TGT (Bio - Science) – 


Must possess a Bachelor’s Degree from an institution recognized by the UGC with Botany and Zoology as optional subjects (OR) one of the two as main and the other as subsidiary AND A first (OR) second class B.Ed (OR) equivalent degree from an institution recognized by the UGC with Biological Science/ Natural Sciences / Science / Botany / Zoology as a methodology subject in the concerned subject with not less than 50% of marks


TGT (Science) – 


Must possess a Bachelor’s Degree (OR) its equivalent from an institution recognized by the UGC with Physics and Chemistry (OR) Botany and Zoology as main subjects AND A first (OR) second class B.Ed (OR) equivalent degree from an institution recognized by the UGC with Physical Sciences / Physics / Chemistry / Biological Science / Natural Sciences / Science / Botany / Zoology as a methodology subject in the concerned subject with not less than 50% of marks

TGT (Social Studies) – 


Must possess a Bachelor’s Degree from an institution recognized by the UGC with any two of the following subjects as optional (OR) one of them as a main and any other one as a subsidiary subject –
(i) History (ii) Economics (iii) Geography (iv) Political Science (v) Public Administration (vi) Sociology AND A first (OR) second class B.Ed Degree (OR) its equivalent from an institution recognized by the UGC with Social Studies / Social Sciences / Geography / History / Politics Political Science / Economics as a methodology subject from recognized University provided he has studied at least two of the subjects i.e., Civics, Economics, History and Geography at Intermediate level with not less than 50% of marks

NOTE:- Subject wise vacancy position is available at ANNEXURE-I and candidates may apply as per the vacancy position in their concerned subject.

AGE: 


Minimum 18 years & Maximum 44* years. The age is reckoned as on 01/07/2017 (Rule- 12(1)(a)(v) of State and Subordinate Service Rules). *As per G.O. Ms. No. 329, GA(Ser.A) Dept., Dt. 27/07/2015 read with G.O. Ms. No. 264, GA(Ser.A) Dept.,Dated: 26-07-2016, the upper age limit is raised up to 10 years. N.B.: 1) No person shall be eligible if he/she is less than 18 years of age. 2) No person shall be eligible if he/she crossed 58 years of age (Superannuation age). 4 Age Relaxations: The upper age limit prescribed above is however relaxable in the following cases:

Section-I: General Studies 


1. Current Affairs – Regional, National & International.
2. Indian Constitution; Indian Political System; Governance and Public Policy.
3. Social Exclusion; Rights issues such as Gender, Caste, Tribe, Disability etc.and inclusive policies. 4. Society Culture, Civilization Heritage, Arts and Literature of India and Telangana
5. General Science; India’s Achievements in Science and Technology
6. Environmental Issues; Disaster Management- Prevention and Mitigation Strategies and Sustainable Development.
7. Economic and Social Development of India and Telangana.
8. Socio-economic, Political and Cultural History of Telangana with special emphasis on Telangana Statehood Movement and formation of Telangana state.

Section-II: General Abilities 


9. Analytical Abilities: Logical Reasoning and Data Interpretation.
10. Moral Values and Professional Ethics in Education.
11. Teaching Aptitude



Section – III: Basic Proficiency in English 


i) School Level English Grammar: Articles; Tense; Noun & Pronouns; Adjectives; Adverbs; Verbs; Modals; Subject-Verb Agreement; Non-Finites; reported speech; Degrees of Comparison; Active and Passive Voice; Prepositions; Conjunctions; Conditionals. ii) Vocabulary: Synonyms and Antonyms; Phrasal Verbs; Related Pair of Words; Idioms and Phrases; Proverbs. iii) Words and Sentences : 25 Use of Words ; Choosing Appropriate words and Words often Confused; Sentence Arrangement, Completion, Fillers and Improvement; Transformation of Sentences ; Comprehension; Punctuation; Spelling Test; Spotting of Errors.
