In the reference read above, the Finance (FMU-PR-RD,RWS) Department have issued Budget Release Order for an amount of Rs. 10,11,50,000/- (Ten Crores Eleven Lakhs Fifty Thousand only) as additional funds in relaxation of treasury control and quarterly regulation orders pending re-appropriation of funds by way of adjustment in final modification of BE 2016-2017 during the current financial year 2016-17 under Mahatma Gandhi National Employment Guarantee Act.

After careful examination, Government hereby accord administrative sanction for release an amount of Rs.10,11,50,000/- (Ten Crores Eleven Lakhs Fifty Thousand only) as additional funds in relaxation of treasury control and quarterly regulation orders pending re-appropriation of funds by way of adjustment in final modification of BE 2016-2017 during the current financial year 2016-17 under Mahatma Gandhi National Employment Guarantee Act to the Commissioner, Rural Development, and also authorized the Commissioner, Rural Development, for drawal and disbursement of the additional funds of the current financial year 2016 -17.

The amount sanctioned in para two above shall be debited to the following Head of Account:

Tribal Area Sub-Plan:- An amount of Rs.10,11,50,000/- (Ten Crores Eleven Lakhs Fifty Thousand only)

• 2501 - Special Programmes for Rural Development
• 02 - Drought Prone Areas Development Programme
• MH 796 - Tribal Areas Sub-Plan
• GH (11) - State Development Plan
• SH (05) - Mahatma Gandhi National Employment Guarantee Act
• 310 - Grants-in-Aid
• 312 - Other Grants-in-Aid

The Commissioner, Rural Development, shall draw the funds by presenting a Detailed Voucher Bill and adjust the Rs.10,11,50,000/- (Ten Crores Eleven Lakhs Fifty Thousand only) towards Mahatma Gandhi National Employment Guarantee Act by way of Cheque in favour of SRDS-NREGS, SB A/c.No.62093669573, SBH Adarshnagar, Hyderabad, after receipt of the budget authorization from the Director of Treasuries and Accounts Andhra Pradesh.

The Commissioner, Rural Development, is informed that, this allotment cannot be construed as an authority for incurring the expenditure, and the same shall be spent under proper sanction of the competent authority as prescribed under the relevant Rules and he is also informed that no further budget will be released until the DOR is received.

The Director of Treasuries and Accounts, A.P, is requested to issue necessary budget authorisation to the Commissioner of Rural Development in accordance with the administrative sanction accorded above.

This order does not require the concurrence of the Finance Department in view of the instructions issued by them vide reference read above.
