AP Intermediate Education Renewal of Contract Faculty Junior Lecturers(JL) (3776) working in Government Junior Colleges in the state of A.P. from 01-01-2017 to till the last working day for
the extend the renewal of the contract faculty services upto last date of academic year 2016-2017 Permission Accorded Order as per G.O.RT.No:59 Dated:31-03-2017.
AP Intermediate Education submitted proposals for extension of renewed services to the Contract Junior Lecturers working in Government Junior Colleges upto Last working day of the academic year 2016-17 there is need to continue the contract faculty upto the last date of the academic year. If the Contract faculty were not renewed upto the last date, the students will suffer due to lack of academic instructions from the faculties concerned. From the month of January, revision of the Syllabus will be taken up for the benefit of the students and the continuation of contract faculty is dire need for this practice. He therefore requested to extend the renewal of the contract faculty services upto last date of academic year 2016-17.

In the reference 1st
read above, Government have issued orders for continuation of Contract Junior
Lecturers working in Government Junior Colleges in the state of A.P. from
01-06-2016 to 31-12-2016 for the academic year 2016-17.
In the reference 2nd read above, the Commissioner of Intermediate
Education, A.P. Guntur has submitted proposals for extension of renewed services
to the Contract Junior Lecturers working in Government Junior Colleges upto
Last working day of the academic year 2016-17. He further stated that, as per
the academic calendar of the Board of Intermediate Education, there is need to
continue the contract faculty upto the last date of the academic year. If the
Contract faculty were not renewed upto the last date, the students will suffer
due to lack of academic instructions from the faculties concerned. From the
month of January, revision of the Syllabus will be taken up for the benefit of
the students and the continuation of contract faculty is dire need for this
practice. He therefore requested to extend the renewal of the contract faculty
services upto last date of academic year 2016-17.
Government, after careful examination of the above proposal
hereby accord permission to the Commissioner of Intermediate Education, AP,
Guntur to renew the contract faculty (3776) working in Government Junior
Colleges in Andhra Pradesh State from 01-01-2017 to till the last working day
of the academic year 2016-17 subject to existing terms and conditions. The Commissioner
of Intermediate Education, A.P. Guntur is also requested to submit report about
the functioning of the entire Junior College system and suggest measures to
engage staff on regular contract basis and then only come up for further
extension of the above faculty taken on contract basis.
The Commissioner of Intermediate Education, AP, Guntur shall
take necessary action in the matter accordingly.
