Attention is invited to the reference cited and informed that the Government has declared holiday of Holi on 01.03.2018 (Thursday) based on the information furnished by the Commissioner of Endowments, Telangana, where as the Government of India had declared holiday on 02.03.2018 as Holi (Friday) i.e., the day after Holikadahana.
In this regard, the Principal Secretary to Government, Revenue(Endowments) is requested to clarify whether the holiday for "Holi" Festival may be on 01.03.2018 or may be changed as per Government of India Notification i.e., 02.03.2018.
This may be treated as most Immediate.
