AP SSC 2018 Examination Instructions of the Special Chief Secretary (SE) Dept. A.P. during Video Conference . dated:08.03.2018
All the District Educational Officers in the state are informed that the following instructions are issued for smooth conduct of SSC Public Examinations March 2018.
To ensure that sufficient furniture is provided in the all examination centres The DEOs of Srikakulam, Visakhapatnam, Nellore, Chitoor,Ananthapuram wher ever they reported that a fiew centers are not having sufficient furniture
To arrange the examination halls in the first floor up wards to avoid disturbance from outsiders especially in the centres that are located nearby roadside.
To ensure more vigilance on the window side of the examination. If required extra police personnel shall be deployed.
The mobile phones electronic gradge including smart watches and other related material are strictly prohibited in the exam centre even the water boys Attenders shall not keep the mobiles.
Frisking of students at the gate shall be done to avoid carrying the forbidden material.
Frisking of girl students should be done by the female staff and in the closed room.
All xerox copy centres will be closed which are nearby located at examination centres during, the examination Hours.
All the exam personnel shall weare badges provided. Personnel drafted for the examination duties shall not be allowed to present in the exam centres.
