The attention of att the Deputy Educational Officers/Mandal Educational
Officers/ Headmasters in the District are informed that as per the government orders issued in reference 'lst cited and instructions issued by the Commissioner of School Education, AP, Amaravathi vide reference 3rd cited an exercise was done in the District with regard to Rationalization of Schools, Posts and Staff under variousManagements viz., Government, Zitta Parishad, Mandat Parishad Schoots.
ln this connection, 17 Upper Primary Schoots Up-Graded as High Schoot (List
Enctosed) and 17 Upper Primary Schools degraded as Primary Schoots (List Enctosed),
57 U.P Schoots degraded as Primary schools due to merging of UP Schoots (List
Enctosed) i.e., total 74 U.P Schoots were degraded as Primary Schools as per the
instructions issued by the Commissioner of School Education, AP, Amaravathi vide
reference 4th cited.
Hence, all the Deputy Educational Officers/MandaI Educationat Officers/
Headmasters in the District are hereby instructed to take further course of action
immediatety under intimation to this office at once. Any modifications without prior
permission in this regard witt be viewed seriousty and severe action will be initiated
against the defautters as per CCA Rules, 1991 .
The receipt of these proceedings should be acknowtedged.
