TS SSC Public Examinations March 2018 Conduct of Orientation Programme to CCO's, ACOs, DEOs & ACGE in the region Certain instructions Issued as per Lr. On Rc. No. 21/J-2/2018. dated: 09 -03-2018.

Dear Smt. S. Vijayalakshmi Bai

wish to inform that the SSC Public Examinations are scheduled to be conducted form 15-03-2018 to 02-04-2018 and the Spot Valuation of answer scripts is scheduled to be conducted form 02-04-2018 to 13-04-2018 for (12) days continuously in (I I) spot valuation centers at all the District Headquarters in the state.

As was done last year, an orientation programme for DEOs/ ACGEs/ CCOs / ACOs has to he conducted on coding of answer books in the existing bar coding OMR. system.

Further, I am to inform you that the following tap 8onnection with coding of answer books by the DEO concerned at the sport valuation.

• Chief Coding Officers : 02 
• Assistant Coding Officers 04 to 06 (each CCO) 
• Coding helpers 06 to OA (each ACO) 
• Date of commencement of coding: 19-03-2018 

request you conduct the orientation programme for CCOs, ACOs and ACGEs along with DEOs of your region as per your convenient date on or before 12-03-2018 as was done last year. The connected material along with demo CD are seat here with.

The DEOs and ACGEs in turn will give orientation programme to all examiners of their respective camps.

It is also, to ensures, whether the DEOs have prepared the list of Invigilators, Chief Examiners, Assistant Examiners, Special Assistant etc.
