The District Educational Officer, Warangal (Urban) is informed that the Hon'ble High Court of Judicature for Telangana and Andhra Pradesh states has issued directions to curb the copying in SSC Public Examinations, March 2018 in its order Ist cited & Special Chief Secretary to Government, School Education Department vide Memo 2nd cited has requested the Director of Government Examinations Telangana, Hyderabad to issue necessary instructions to each. D.E.O., and M.E.O., in the state. Now, in pursuance of the orders of the Hon'ble high Court and Government Memo cited, the following instructions are issued to the District Educational Officer, Warangal (Urban)and the Mandal Educational Officers in the district to curb copying in SSC Pubic Examinations, March 2018 in Warangal (Urban)Distriet

The District Educational Officer and the Mandal Educational Officers would be held accountable for any copying which takes Place in the Examinations Centers within their jurisdiction;

The District Educational officers and the Mandel Educational Officers are directed to maintain a register to record details of the complaints received from the general public, regarding the copying taking place, and the action which they have taken on such complaints (Proforma register enclosed)

The Mobile nwnbers of the respective officers (DEO/MEOs) shall be displayed at a conspicuous place in each Examination Center, informing the general public that complaints, regarding copying at any of the Examination Centre, can be made to the said phone numbers;

Each invigilator, at every Examination Centre, shall be informed in writing he/she would be held personally held accountable for any copying which takes plane in their centres and dianiplinary action would he taken against them, if students are found copying thereat; and.

The District Educational Officer and the Mandel Educational Officers are instructed to register complaints against both the examiners at the centers, and the students who have indulged in copying, under the Telangana Public Examinations Act (Act No 25 of 1997), aisplayca ut a conspicuous place in each roiammanon LAM.", worming the general public that complaints, regarding copying at any of the Examination Centre, can be made to the said phone numbers:

The District Educational Officer and the Manila] Educational Officers are instructed to register complaints against both the examiners at the centers. and the students who have indulged in copying. under the Telangana Public Examinations Act (Act No 25 of 1997).

After Examinations are held the District Educational Officer and Mandal Educational Officers have to submit a detailed action taken report to the Director of Government Examinations, Telangana, Hyderabad for compiling and submitting it along with the report to he filed before the Hon'ble High Court of Judicature for the states of Telangana and Andhra Pradesh.

Hence, the District Educational Officer, Warangal (Urban)and the Mandal Educational Officers in the district are requested to submit the detailed action taken report along with the complaint registers maintained by himself and Mandal Educational officers in the district to the Director of Government Examinations Telangana, Hyderabad by 10.04.2018, so as to enable to submit the same to Government in filing the report by the Special Chief Secretary to Government. School Education Department, Telangana state to the Hon'ble High Court of judicature for the Telangana and Andhra Pradesh States as ordered.

The above instructions are to be followed scrupulously.
