All the Regional Joint Directors of School Education and District Educational Officers in the State are informed that as per the reference 3rd cited above, the Deputy Commissioner. Navodaya Vidyalaya Samithi has stated that the Navodaya Vidyalaya Samithi Entrance Examination to class V students across the country which is usually being conducted every year by CBSE on all India basis in difference parts of the Country generally in the month of February, this year due to unavoidable reasons the entrance examination has been postponed to 21-4-2018 from 11.30 A.M. to 1.30 P.M.
As the students of class V will be appearing for the said entrance examination for admission into class VI during 2018-19 in Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya Samithi, the Primary level SA HI examination which was scheduled from 18.04.2018 to 21.04.2018 is now rescheduled from 16-4-2018 to19-4-2018.
Further it is informed that the examination centers are mostly the High Schools for JNVST-2018, the SA-II examination from Class VI to Class IX which was scheduled on 21.04.2018 from 09.30 a.m to 12.15 p.m, is now rescheduled on 21.04.2018 from 02.00 p.m to 04.45 p.m i.e Vocational Education / OSSC Examinations for class VI, VII ,VIII and Social Paper —II for class — IX Examinations should be conducted on 21-4-2018 from 2.00 p.m to 4.45 p.m
Further it is informed that A.P. Open Schools Society Examination is also scheduled on 21-4-2018. To avoid the inconvenience in conducting of both examination in the centers where the APOSS examination centers are constituted, all the DEOs are requested to issue specific instructions to the Mandril Educational Officers concerned for take necessary institutional level arrangements for smooth conduct of both examinations i.e., AP Open Schools and regular examinations for class VI, VII and VIII Vocational and OSSC, for class IX Social Paper — II which are re scheduled on 21-4-2018 from 2.00 p.m to 4.45 p.m.Class VI, VII and VIII Vocational and OSSC, for class IX Social Paper — II which are re scheduled on 21-4-2018 from 2.00 p.m to 4.45 p.m.
In this regard all the RJDSEs, District Educational Officers in the State are requested to Communicate the revised time table which is annexed to all schools under all managements in their respective Districts, and also instruct the MEOs and School Complex Headmasters to distribute the questions papers to the concerned schools one hour before the examination by utilizing the services of Clusters Resources Persons without any deviation of said guidelines.
