2. 2. Letter from the State Project Director, RUSA, A.P., Hyderabad, dated 21-10-2015.

ORDER:

1.In the reference second read above, the State Project Director, RUSA, A.P Hyderabad has submitted a proposal for conducting a two day workshop on “Leadership Training workshop on Resource Mobilization Strategies for the Leadership of the Public Universities of A.P” for Vice Chancellors, Registrars and Finance Officers of Universities in A.P on 27th & 28th of October 2015 at the Administrative Staff College of India (ASCI), Hyderabad. ASCI, a Govt. of India organisation furnished estimate for Rs.5,50,700/- (Five lakhs fifty thousand and seven hundred only) and the State Project Director, RUSA requested to sanction the same from RUSA Preparatory Grants funds.

2. The Director [RUSA], Government of India has issued certain guidelines on utilisation of Preparatory & MMER grants under RUSA scheme vide reference 1st read above.

3. After careful examination, Government hereby accord permission to the State Project Directorate (RUSA) to release an amount of Rs.5,50,700/- (Five lakhs fifty thousand and seven hundred only) from the existing preparatory Grants of Rashtriya Uchchatar Shiksha Abhiyan (RUSA) grants available with the State Project Directorate to the Administrative Staff College of India (ASCI) to conduct and incur expenditure for the above workshop as per norms.

4. The State Project Director, Rashtriya Uchchatar Shiksha Abhiyan (RUSA) and Nodal Officer, Rashtriya Uchchatar Shiksha Abhiyan (RUSA) shall take necessary action accordingly.
