AP G.O.RT.No. 264 Dated: 28-11-2015 Veterinary Assistant Surgeons for prosecuting MVSc course for a period of (2) years at Sri Venkateswara Veterinary University (SVVU), Tirupati, during the academic year 2015-16 .
ANIMAL HUSBANDRY, DAIRY DEVELOPMENT & FISHERIES (AH.I) DEPARTMENT G.O.RT.No. 264 Dated: 28-11-2015
O R D E R :
In the circumstances stated by the Head of the Department, Animal Husbandry Department, Hyderabad, in his letter 2nd read above, Government hereby permit the following (10) Veterinary Assistant Surgeons for prosecuting MVSc course for a period of (2) years at Sri Venkateswara Veterinary University (SVVU), Tirupati, during the academic year 2015-16 with full pay and allowances without study allowances during the deputation period from the date of relief in the Department. The Dean, Veterinary Science, Sri Venkateswara Veterinary University shall allot one more seat in Veterinary Gynecology and Obstetrics to the In-Service Veterinary Assistant Surgeons to pursue MVSc course in addition to the (9) seats already reserved to the Department in-service veterinary Assistant Surgeons.
2. The permission ordered in para (1) above is subject to execute a bond supported by two sureties of the rank not lower than the one held by the in-service candidate stating that they would serve the Animal Husbandry Department for a period of 7 years, after return from their higher studies and in default will have to pay a sum of Rs. 3,00,000 (Rupees three lakh only), in addition to recovery of pay and allowances paid during the study period, as per the orders in G.O.1st read above.
3. The HOD, AH Dept, Hyderabad shall take necessary further action accordingly.
