ORDER:

In the Letter read above, the Joint Managing Director, TSRTC, Hyderabad, 
among other things, stated that on provisional bifurcation of employees & Officers, the APSRTC & TSRTC are functioning as two separate entities w.e.f. 03.06.2015. He has also brought to the notice of the Government that the various associations of TSRTC are giving notices, in general to go on strike on their employees demands, so as to solve by the Corporation. 
The Joint Managing Director, TSRTC has therefore, requested the Government 
to communicate necessary orders prohibiting strikes in any service under the 
Telangana State Road Transport Corporation, by invoking sub-sections (1) and (3) of section-3 of the Andhra Pradesh State Essential Services Maintenance Act (Andhra Pradesh Act 20 of 1971), for a period of six months with immediate effect. 
 Accordingly, the following Notification will be published in an Extra-ordinary issue 
of the Telangana Gazette, dated 05/12/2015.

                      NOTIFICATION

1.Whereas, Government, after careful consideration hereby declare and order 
that any service under the Telangana State Road Transport Corporation as an essential service under the provisions of the Andhra Pradesh Essential Services Maintenance Act, 1971 (Andhra Pradesh Act 20 of 1971); 

2. And whereas, Government have considered that in the public interest, it is 
necessary and expedient to prohibit strikes in any service under the Telangana State 
Road Transport Corporation for a period of six months. 

3. Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 3 of the Andhra Pradesh State Essential Services Maintenance Act, 1971 (Andhra Pradesh Act 20 of 1971), the Government of Telangana hereby prohibit strikes in any service under the Telangana State Road Transport Corporation for a period of six months with immediate effect.
