1.In the circumstances stated by the Head of the Department, Animal Husbandry
Department, A.P., Hyderabad in the letter 2nd read above and in terms of the Bye-law
No.20 (d) of the Bye-laws of the Andhra Pradesh Sheep and Goat Development
Cooperative Federation Limited, Hyderabad, Government hereby reconstitute the Andhra Pradesh Sheep and Goat Development Cooperative Federation Limited with the following:
2. The above Committee shall take immediate further action to consolidate the
functioning of Andhra Pradesh Sheep and Goat Development Cooperative Federation
Limited by mobilizing required assets for furtherance of its activities. The issue of
constitution of Andhra Pradesh Sheep and Goat Development Co-operative Federation
Limited under Bye-law 20(a) of Andhra Pradesh Sheep and Goat Development Co-
operative Federation Limited shall be considered at a later stage after consolidating the position of the Federation.
3. The Managing Director, A.P.Sheep & Goat Development Co-operative Federation
Ltd., Hyderabad / Head of the Department, Animal Husbandry Department, A.P.,
Hyderabad is requested to take further action in the matter accordingly.
