SSA, Telangam Hyd.- Implementation of ’Hygiene Education in Schools" Project in 206 primary schools of Telangana - Reg.
Letter from Head (Implementation und lnnovauton), Samhita Social Ventures addressed to the Chief Secretary to the Government Telangana State, Hyderabad.
The District Educational Officers and Project Officers of TSSA of Adilabad, Medak, Ranga Reddy and Nizamabad an informed that samatha social Ventures has come forward to implement a Project “Hygiene Education primary schools” as part of the Detal - Banega Swachh india (BSI) campagin which is aimed at bringing behavioural change an hygiene among various take holders and is being supported by Detol (RB indian). With the support 0f RB India, Samhita Social Ventures, a social consulting form based out of mumbai will be implementing the "Hygiene education in primary schools" project ' ( primary schools in 4 disrtics of Telangana viz.‚ Adilabad (105), Medak (58) Ranga Reddy (30) and Nizmabad (13) The detailed list of school is attached
Samatha Social Ventures, along its local NGO partner Academy of Gandhian Studies (AGS), will be undertaking following to all the teachers in the primary schools. Providing handholding support to teachers for undetaking hygien education to childrens in these schools
Under this Project‚ RB lndin will also be provided the following hygin suppot material to each school:
Therefore, they are requested to extend necessary support in the implementation of this Project and see that the school under this project are benefited to a larger extent.

- 6buckets‚6mugs and 16hand towels
- 1 green board
- Regular supply of Dettol for hand washing purposes
