Read the following:
O R D E R:
1.In pursuance of the Budget Release Order issued by the Finance (FMU-Education) Department in the reference 3rd read above, Govt. hereby accord administrative sanction for an amount of Rs.4,00,000/- (Rupees Four Lakhs only) Plan as additional funds in relaxation of Treasury Control and Quarterly Regulation Orders pending provision of funds by adjusting in final modification of B.E. 2015-16 towards conducting the Children’s Theatre Festival-2016 under the following
Head of Account :-
2.The Director & Spl. Officer, Jawahar Bal Bhawan, AP., Hyderabad has permitted to draw the amount on AC Bill and after conducting the Theatre Festival the balance amount if any will be refunded back to Government account while submitting the DC Bill. The procedure of drawal and disbursement of funds shall be followed as indicated by the Finance Department in the Budget Release Order.
3.The Director & Spl. Officer, Jawahar Bal Bhawan, AP., Hyderabad shall take
necessary action to utilize the amount released in CBRO vide G.O. Rt. No.2387
Finance (EBS.IV.SE.HE) Dept. dated 27.08.2015 for an amount of Rs.1.00 lakh for
the Children’s Theatre Festival-2016.
