ORDER:
1.In the G.O. first read above, Orders were issued appointing five (05) Advocates to act as District and Sessions Judges in Grade II of the Andhra Pradesh State Higher Judicial Service.
2.The Registrar (Recruitment), High Court of Judicature, for the State of Telangana and the State of Andhra Pradesh in the letter second read above, the reasons stated therein, requested to issue orders fixing
inter se seniority among the said District and Sessions judges as proposed by the High Court basing on the merit. Meanwhile, the Telangana State Government have issued Orders fixing the inter se seniority among the said five (5) District and Sessions Judges in the G.O. 3rd read above.
3.After careful examination of the matter, the Governor of Andhra Pradesh hereby approves inter se seniority among the following five (05) District and Sessions Judges appointed in the G.O. first read above in the order of merit as proposed by the High Court of Judicature at Hyderabad as requested in the letter 2nd read above.
4.The Registrar (Recruitment), High Court of Judicature at Hyderabad shall take necessary further action accordingly.
