ANIMAL HUSBANDRY, DAIRY DEVELOPMENT & FISHERIES (AH.I) DEPARTMENT

G.O.RT.No. 96 Dated: 28-04-2016 

Read the following: 
  1. From Head of the Department, AH Department, AP. Hyderabad, 
  2. Lr.Roc.No.3371/D/D2/2016,Dt: 13-04-2016. 
  3. From Head of the Department, AH Department, AP. Hyderabad, Lr.Roc.No.3381/D/D2/2016,Dated: 21-04-2016. 

ORDER:

1.In the circumstances stated by the Head of the Department, Animal Husbandry Department, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad in his letters read above, Government after careful consideration hereby accord permission to the Head of the Department, AH Department, AP. Hyderabad on the following: 

1)To issue paper notification to invite Expression of Interest from Farmer /Entrepreneurs/Organizations. 

2)To sanction any of the models as detailed in the Annexure appended to this order with the subsidy pattern suggested as per the choice of the Farmer/Entrepreneurs / farmer organizations. 

3)To release the admissible subsidy to the bank account of Farmer/ Entrepreneurs/ farmer organizations as front end subsidy after receipt of the beneficiary share for its use by the bankers as LoC for procurement of equipment by the Farmer/Entrepreneurs/ Farmer Organizations. 

4)To ground all units based on the EOI received from farmer entrepreneurs 
without limiting the activity to the budgetary allocation for the year 2016 – 
17. 

5)To approach Government for additional budget if any required based on the 
volume of proposals received from farmer entrepreneurs. 

6)To implement Dry fodder related initiatives such as fodder block making, 
TMR, decentralized feed mixing /grinding machines to make best use of the available crop residues also as per the incentives approved in Fodder Security Policy.

2.The Head of the Department, Animal Husbandry Department, A.P., Hyderabad 
shall take necessary action accordingly.
