ORDER:
In partial relaxation of the orders issued in the reference first read above, all the District Collectors are hereby permitted to fix rents based on the prevailing rental values in each District for private buildings to be taken on lease only for the (250) newly sanctioned Residential Schools / Colleges by forming the Local Level Assessment Committee comprising of E.E., R&B, RDO and Municipal Commissioner/DPO for this purpose.
