AP Secondary Education- Urdu Medium Schools changing of school hours during the period of RAMZAN from 28-05-2017 to 26-06-2017 timings 8.00 AM to 1.30 PM -Certain instructions Order as per Rc.No.30, Dated:24-05-2017.
All the District Educational Officers and Regional Joint Director of School Education in the A.P State are informed that, certain teacher Unions have requested to change the school hours of Urdu medium schools in the State from 8.00 AM to 01.30 PM from 28-05-2017 to 26-05-2017 (30) days during the RAMZAN period .
Further, it is informed that as per the school academic calendar for the year 2017-18 all schools in the State will be re-opened from the dt: 12.06.2017 after summer vacation.
Therefore, the Regional Joint Directors /District Educational Officers are requested to issue necessary instructions to the Urdu Medium Primary, Upper Primary and High Schools under their control to follow the School hours from 8.00AM to 01.30 PM during RAMZAN period from 12-06-2017 to 26-06-2017.
These instructions are applicable to the Urdu medium primary, Upper primary, Urdu Medium High Schools, Urdu Medium parallel sections and Urdu medium DIETS in the State, they may slightly alter the timings strictly following 5 Hours 1/2 hour of instruction based on local needs.
