Telangana,Hyderabad Conduct of Teacher Training at State Level for DRPs/SRGs at Primery Level from 23rd to 25th May-2017 and Secondary Level from 27th to 30th May-2017 at TSIPARD, Rajendranagar,Hyderabad in residential mode Relieving of Identified DRPs for the Training Order as per Rc.No:107,Dated:16/05/2017.



All the District Educational Officers and the Principals of DIET/ CTE/ IASE in the State are here by informed that the Teacher Training at State Level for DRPs at Primary Level and for Secondary Level (class VI to X) will be at TSIPARD,Rajendra nagar, Hyderabad in residential mode on the following dates.

Primary Level 3 days (23 to 25 May, 2017]


  • Mathematics
  • Environmental sciences


UP & High School Level (VI to X) - 4 days (27th to 30th May, 2017]


  • Mathematics
  • Physical Science
  • Biological Science
  • Social studies.


The DEOS are requested to identify the 3 DRPs in each subject fromn each District* in the above subjects and depute to the above said training as per the schedule. Subsequently, the trained DRPs will undertake the training at District Level/ Sub-District Level which will be informed shertly. While identification of DRPs, the DEOs are requested to identify the Teachers who have experience in conduct of trainings, resourceful in content and pedagogy, known for innovations in conduct of teaching ess, projects and CCE learning

  1. The Principals of DIET? CTE LASE are also requested to depute one 
  2. Faculty Member of concerned subject from each DIET/ CTE/ IASE to the above said programmed as per the schedule.
  3. The Principal/ Faculty Member of said institutions will act as Course Director for the training ogrammes to be conducted District Level/ Sub- District Level.
  4. The venue at the District Level/Sub-District Level: DIET/ CTE/ IASE/ TS Model School/ KGBV/ School Comalex which heve good faclities
  5. The Course Director at thee District level/Sub District level: Principal of Nodal officer of the DIET/ CTE/ LASE or faculty member of concerned subject\ District concerned.


The DRPS shall be instructed to bring the following required information and material for the State Level training as a a mandatory as indicated in the

Annexure-1.



The District Educational Officers and the Principals of DIET/ CTE/ IASE in the State are instructed to depute the identified SRGs mentioned in the Annexure-2 as indicated below.

Instructions for DRPs/ SRGs

PRE-REQUISITES FOR THE TRAINING


Trainees shall read the Textbooks/ Handbooks earlier given before and attend the training programme along with the textbooks and identify the issues to be clarified during the training.

As mandatory, Trainees will come with the relevant Textbooks/ materials/activities/ evidences/ experiences as suggested below.

Assignments for the Participants as a pre-requisite for Training EVS/Physical Science/ Biological Science/ Social Studies Information to the participants:

Teaching plan


  1. Select any one topic of your choice that you have dealt in the classroom
  2. Come with the lesson plan
  3. Discussion/Presentation of your lesson plan in the training session.


Information on the following aspects to the training:


  1. What experiments/ activities performed in the classroom (EVS/Sciences)
  2. What information skills developed and how? (Social Studies)
  3. What effort you made in the classroom to discuss on the Academic Standard: Reflections on the Contemporary issues (Social Studies).
  4. What drawing skills/mapping skills you have developed and how? (EVS/Science/ Social)
  5. How lab activities are being done in your school? (Science)
  6. Generation of questions and mind mapping around key concept/ word.

Projects


  1. Come with the project that you have dealt with your students
  2. Present/ discuss in the training about your project, benefits of the project and issues.


Understanding on CCE:


  1. Come with your observations / records how assessment is being done on the following aspects
  2. During teaching learning process
  3. Lab activity
  4. Project work
  5. Written works of the children
  6. Slip test paper and students response sheets and your analysis on students performance.
  7. What learning gaps you have identified?
  8.  How did you bridge the learning gaps?


Content


  1. Difficulties faced during the transaction of textbooks, strategies adopted in the classroom.
  2. Which concepts required more comprehensive information. Mathematics Information to the participants:

Projects


  • Come with the project that you have dealt with your students
  • Present/Discuss in the training about your project, benefits of the project and issues
