TS SSA, Telangana - ICT - Supply of 2400 K-yans by through IL&FS Edu & Tech Pvt. Ltd, Hyd to selected schools - One day K-Yan Teacher Training program starting lgth July to Ist August 2018 as part of installation - request for communication to the DEO - Request as per Rc.No:467.
All the District Educational Officers in the state of Telangana except DEO Hyderabad is here by informed that, TSTS through IL&FS Edu & Tech Pvt. Ltd, Hyd has supplied 2400 K- yans to selected schools. As part of installation of the K-yans and to make the teachers aware of optimum use of the K-yans for the benefit of the students a one day K-Yan 'l'eacher Training program by IL&FS Edu & Tech Pvt. Ltd, Hyd is scheduled from 19th July to 1't August 2018 in K- yans to selected schools. As part of installation of the K-yans and to make the teachers aware of optimum use of the K-yans for the benefit of the students a one day K-Yan teacher Training program by IL&FS Edu & Tech Pvt. Ltd, Hyd is scheduled from 19th July to 1't August 2018 in 30 districts of Telangana as shown in the enclosed annexure.
Further the DEOs concerned are informed that the Principal/llM/SO along with 3 or 4 teachers from each K-yan supplied schools are to participate in the training programmcd. 'I'he training programme will deal on installation of K-yans, prominent features of K-yan and on the use of "READ TO ME English software". The participation of English teacher from each school is to be ensured as they need to use "READ TO ME English software" for the benefit of the students.
In this regard the DEOs of all the districts in the state except DEO Hyderabad are directed to relieve the Head Masters and the teachers @ 3 I 4 from each K-yan supplied school to attend the training on the scheduled dates and ensure their attendance from . The DEOs shall arrange one sectoral Officer to monitor the successful conduct of the training programme.
