AP Teachers Transfers 2020 Revised Amendment Guidelines as per Memo.No.13029/11/2020-EST3 

All the Regional Joint Directors of School Education and all the District Educational Officers in the state are informed that the following clarifications are issued in preferential categories mentioned in the 

బదిలీలకు సంబందించి సవరణ ఉత్తర్వులు AP.RC.NO-13029,DATED:-20/10/2020

హెల్త్ గ్రౌండ్స్ లో preferential కేటగిరి క్లైమ్ చేసుకునే ఉపాధ్యాయులు హాస్పిటల్ లేటెస్ట్ మెడికల్ రిపోర్ట్స్ సబ్మిట్ చేయాలి.

Latest Clarification from DSE AP

1)GO MS No. 54 , తేది.12.10.2020 లో పేర్కొనబడిన  మార్గదర్శకాలలో 10 వ పాయింట్ ప్రిఫరెన్షియల్ కేటగిరీ కి సంబంధించినది.

10 వ పాయింట్ లోని Note 1 ప్రకారం 10 (d) , (e) , (f) , (g) , (h) & (i)  లలో పేర్కొనబడిన వారు మాత్రమే లేటెస్ట్ మెడికల్ రిపోర్ట్స్ హాస్పిటల్ నుండి పొంది JC (డెవలప్మెంట్ ) వారికి సమర్పించి వారి ఆమోదంతో ప్రిఫరెన్షియల్ కేటగిరీ క్రింద బదిలీలలో పాల్గొనవచ్చు అని పొందుపరచబడింది.

క్లారిఫికేషన్ : కేవలం 10 (d) , (e) , (f) , (g) , (h) , (i) కి చెందినవారు మాత్రమే కాక  10 (c) కి చెందిన వారు కూడా  అనగా

Cancer Open Heart Surgery/Correctionof ASD/Organ Transplantation Neuro Surgery Bone TB Kidney Transplantation/Dialysis Spinal Surgery

 పై సమస్యలతో బాధపడుతూ చికిత్స తీసుకొను వారు కూడా లేటెస్ట్ మెడికల్ రిపోర్ట్స్ హాస్పిటల్ నుండి పొంది JC (డెవలప్మెంట్ ) వారికి సమర్పించి వారి ఆమోదంతో ప్రిఫరెన్షియల్ కేటగిరీ క్రింద బదిలీలలో పాల్గొనవచ్చని సవరించబడింది

2) పై జీవో లోని 10 (j) ప్రకారం సర్వీస్ పర్సన్(army,navyairforce BSF CISF CRPF) యొక్క spouse  మరియు ఎక్స్-సర్వీస్ పర్సన్ యొక్క spouse ప్రిఫరెన్షియల్ కేటగిరీ ని వినియోగించుకొనవచ్చు అని పొందుపరచబడింది

క్లారిఫికేషన్ :2

 సర్వీస్ పర్సన్(army,navy, airforce BSF CISF CRPF) యొక్క spouse  ప్రిఫరెన్షియల్ కేటగిరీ వినియోగించుకొనవలెను మరియు ఒక వ్యక్తి ఎక్స్- సర్వీస్ పర్సన్(Ex-servicemen) అయిఉండి... ప్రస్తుతం వారు ఉపాధ్యాయులుగా కొనసాగుతున్నట్లయితే వారు ప్రిఫరెన్షియల్ కేటగిరీ ని వినియోగించుకొని బదిలీలలో పాల్గొనవచ్చు

G.O 1 st cited Point Description Clarification Where the preferential category is claimed on health grounds as per guideline 10 (d), (e), (f), (g), (h) and (i) latest medical reports of the hospital should be submitted to the Joint Collector (Development). However, candidates selected under PH quota and recorded in SR need not furnish any certificate afresh.

In Note 1: 10 (c) also includes and read as  Where the preferential category is claimed on health grounds as per guideline 10 (c), (d), (e), (f), (g), (h) and (i) latest medical reports of the hospital should be submitted to the Joint Collector (Development). However, candidates selected under PH quota and recorded in SR need not furnish any certificate afresh

10(j) Spouse of the Service/Ex-service person in Army /Navy/Air Force/BSF/CRPF /CISF Spouse of the service person in Army/Navy/Air Force/BSF /CRPF/ CISF and Ex-servicemen in Army/Navy/ Air Force/BSF/CRPF/CISF now working as teacher shall be considered in Preferential category at 10(J).
