All the Principals of the Government l'rivate Aide / Private Unaided / Co-operative / A.P. Residential / Social Welfare Residential / Tribal Welfare Residential / Incentive / A.P. Model Junior Colleges and Composite Degree Colleges offering Two Year Intermediate Course in General & Vocational streams are requested to take special care in enrolment of students for the academic year 2020-2021. The admission schedule is given below. 



FIRST PHASE OF SCHEDULE OF ADMISSIONS


  • Sale of application forms - 07.01.2021 (THURSDAY)
  • Last date for receipt of applications in the college - 17.01.2021 (SUNDAY)
  • Date of completion of admissions - 17.01.2021 (SUNDAY)
  • Date of commencement of admissions and classes for 1st year - 18.01.2021 (MONDAY)




The classes for first year Intermediate course will commence from 18-01-2021. The Principals can make provisional admissions on the basis of Internet marks memos. The provisional admissions made will be confirmed after the production of original SSC pass certificate and Transfer Certificate issued by the school authorities, where they last studied.

Note: The original SSC pass certificate, Caste certificate etc., shall be returned to the candidate immediately after verification. Holding of certificates will be viewed seriously and action will be initiated against the Managements.


  • The cost of Application Fee: General- Rs.200/- SC/ST/PH-Rs.100

The students who have already paid the application fee online need not to pay again and they have to submit the receipt to the Principal concerned at the time of Admission. The fee paid list of students during online Admission will be displayed in the respective college login.

The Principals are directed to follow the rules of reservation in admissions as per rules inforce. Any deviation will be viewed seriously and suitable action will be initiated as per the rules. The Category wise reservation is as follows: S.No Category

  • Backward class - 29% (A-7%, 8-10%, C-1%, D- 7%&1-4%)
  • Physically handicarpel - 3%
  • NCC, Sports & Extracurricular activities -3%
  • Exercise men & defence personnel residing in the State - 5%


33.33% or 1/3 of total seals har to le resertril for girls rulegary wise where there are no separate colleges for them.

Note: As per the AP Education Act 1982, Section-21(b): one should not deny admission to any citizen on grounds only of religion, race, caste, language or any of them.

The admissions should be made based on the SSC pass or equaleney obtained in the qualifying examination. They should not conduct any test for admission. All the Principals are instructed to take measures to provide full security to Girl students and also to follow the instructions issued for prevention of suicidal deaths strictly.

The Principals of unaided junior colleges are hereby directed that they should make admissions only up to the sanctioned sections and up to the ceiling strength of 88 in each section as per the orders of the Hon'ble High Court, Govt. of Andhra I'radesh They are further directed not to make admissions in the combinations dropped by the Board. The admission into additional sections should be made only after the permission is issued by the Board. Any violation of Board rules will be viewed seriously and penalty will be imposed.

All the Principals are instructed that the students who studied 1 year in Telangana State are not eligible to take admission into 2nd year A.P. State, as the curriculum of syllabus are different in both the States. If any student is interested to study in Andhra Pradesh State, they should take admission into 1" year only for the academic year 2020-2021.

Further, the Principals should obtain the prior permission/eligibility certificate from the Board of Intermediate Education in respect of admissions of students who studied in other States/Boards otherwise, the Principals will be held responsible

During the period of admissions the managements are requested to display prominently at the entrance of the building the number of sections sanctioned by the Board of Intermediate Education for the academic year 2020-2021, the number of seats filled up in each section and the number of seats vacant in each section. This information should be updated on a daily basis.

Any deviation from the instructions will be viewed seriously.
