AP Resolving long standing issues relating Aided teachers Representations received from Aided Unions as per Lr.Rc.No. ESE02-17/555/2020
With reference to the representations received from the Aided Unions on resolving the long standing pending issues pertaining to the Aided teachers, it is desired to convene a meeting with the President and General Secretary of the Unions to discuss about the issues pertaining to the Aided teachers
Hence, you are informed to attend the meeting scheduled on 19.01.2021 @ 11.00 AM in the DSE Chambers, B-Block, Anjaneya Towers, Ibrahimpatnam,Vijayawada along with the particulars to be discussed. The main agenda items are as follows:
Agenda Items for discussion About Representations received from the Aided Unions as per Lr.Rc.No. ESE02-17/555
Requested to issue necessary orders to delegate the powers to MEO/DI for approval of service matters to the aided teachers as correspondent is the competent authority in respect of aided teachers as made in respect of teachers of MPP/ZP.
To implement the orders of Hon’ble High court in setting aside the Act 37/2005 dt:23.08.217 issued at the time of combined AP and to make justice for the teachers who suffered with that Act.
Temporary deputation of the teachers of the closed aided schools to other schools duly drawing their salaries from the closed schools itself which was against the rules and requested to post those teachers based on the strength and need.
To sanction Health Cards to the staff of Aided institutions
To display citizen Charge sheet and to resolve the issues of teaches accordingly.
Requested to upgrade the PET and Language Pandit to the post of School Assistant on par with ZP, Govt and Municipal teachers.
To protect the pay in respect of teachers who were admitted to Grant in aid and to include their unaided service.
To release Maintenance Grant regularly.
To implement Ammavodi and other welfare schemes to the Govt,Municipal, MPP, ZPP and Aided Schools only.
To with draw the Ammavodi scheme to Private Educational Institutions.
To recruit staff to Aided institutions for educational improvement.
To extend the Child Care leave to women employees working in Aided institutions.
To increase the slab rates of Group Insurance as per PRC.
Since TPF has been removed, requested to include GPF.
To provide Compassionate appointment to the dependents of the deceased aided staff in all Government offices.
To provide Gazetted cadre to the Head Masters of aided institutions
To sanction Permanent Recognition (Primary, UP & High Schools).
To implement the works of Nadu-Nedu programmee in Aided institutions also.
To extend English Medium teaching to Aided Schools also.
To allot the funds of RVM/SSA for maintenance of Aided Schools.
To extend all the benefits of ZP, Govt and Municipal schools to the teachers and students of aided schools.
Rationalization of Aided Staff as per with guidelines issued in G.O.Ms.No.1 dated: 01.01.1994.
Discussion of court cases to solve the problems
Any other relation issues related to strengthen the aided institutions
