Government of Andhra Pradesh has taken several steps to contain the spread of Covid-19 with focus on test-trace-treat-vaccinate and inculcating COVID appropriate behavior amongst the people. 

In the G.O 7th read above, Government have extended the curfew upto 30.06.2021, with modified timings from 6.00 PM to 6.00 AM with effect from 21.06.2021 in the State except East Godavari District and the existing Curfew timings i.e. 2.00 PM to 6.00 AM was continued upto 30.06.2021 in East Godavari District, to contain the spread of Covid-19.

After a thorough review of the Covid-19 prevalence and in partial modification of the orders issued in the G.O. 7th read above, Government, hereby extend the curfew upto 07.07.2021 with the following timings with effect from 01.07.2021: 

a) 6.00 PM to 6.00 AM in the Districts of East Godavari, West Godavari, Krishna and Chittoor. 

b) 10.00 PM to 6.00 AM in the remaining Districts of the State. 

4. The Regulations specified in the G.Os.1st to 3rd read above shall be in force upto 07.07.2021. 

5. Any violation of the aforesaid instructions, shall result in prosecution under Sections 51 to 60 of Disaster Management Act, 2005 and Section 188 of IPC as well as other applicable Laws. 

6. The Collectors & District Magistrates and District Superintendents of Police and Commissioners of Police shall enforce these orders in the State scrupulously.
