AP Jagananna Gorumudda (MDM) Scheme-Supply of Red Gram Dhal to schools through NAFED as dry ration
In pursuance of the instructions issued in the reference read above, all the Headmasters of Primary, Upper Primary and High Schools are informed that the work order was issued to General Manager (15) National Agricultural Cooperative Marketing Federation of India (NAFED), New Delhi for supply of Red Gram Dhal with weighing 4.5 Kgs to all Primary school Students and 6.5 Kgs to all Upper Primary/High School students each to school points under mid day meal scheme for the period from 1" September 2020 to 31" January 2021 (Copy Enclosed). The Red Gram Dhal will .supply in the packing of 4.5 Kgs and 6.5 Kgs to school points by the supplier
Further all the Headmaster of Schools is requested to follow the instructions given below strictly to receive and supply of Red Gram Dhal under dry ration to the students. 1. To receive the Red gram Dhal form the NAFED, New Delhi as per terms and conditions stipulated in Director MDM Proceedings.
To update the received quantity in IMMS app immediately..
To issue the physical acknowledgement to the supplier for payment.
To maintain the Register for supply of Red Gram Dhal as dry ration.
To distribute the received quantity to the parents of all students in the concerned school with proper acknowledgement duly following COVID guidelines.
The list of students and the quantity of Red Gram Dhal to be received by the Headmaster of Schools in the mandal are prepared by the Director MDM and given to the supplier is here with enclosed to receive the Red Gram Dhal from the supplier. The Students admitted in any class on or after 1.2.2021 are not eligible for dry ration of Red Gram Dhal in the schools
The Mandal Educational Officers in the district are requested to communicate these proceedings along with enclosures to all the Headmasters of Primary, Upper Primary and High Schools in the mandal for information and necessary action and to monitor the distribution of Red Gram Dhal as instructed above.
The Mandal Educational Officers are further requested to provide the Cell Numbers of Headmaster of Schools in the mandal to the representative of NAFED who approaches in this regard for supply of Red Gram Dhal to school points without any interruption.
The supplier of the mandal should contact the Headmaster of the schools to his/her Cell Number well in advance and then proceed to the school point for distribution of Red Gram Dhal , allotted to the school by the Director MDM & School Sanitation, Andhra Pradesh. As per the instructions of the Director, MDM the Headmaster of schools should attend the school to receive the Red Gram Dhal from the supplier and should distribute to the parents of the students immediately
