FORMAT OF APPLICATION FOR INTER-DISTRICT TRANSFER Form to be filled in regard to transfer from one cadre (District) to another cadre (District) sought under Rule 5 (2) (c) /5 (2) (d) of Presidential Order
30 నుంచి జూలై 7 వరకు దరఖాస్తుల స్వీకరణ ఉపాధ్యాయుల అంతర్ జిల్లా బదిలీలకు ప్రభుత్వం గ్రీన్ సిగ్నల్ ఇచ్చింది ఇందుకు సంబంధించిన మార్గదర్శకాలు షెడ్యూల్ను పాఠశాల విద్య డైరెక్టర్ వాడ్రేవు వినవీరభద్రుడు శుక్రవారం విడుదల చేశారు. భార్యాభర్తలు(స్పౌజ్), పరస్పర(మ్యూచువల్ బదిలీలకు మాత్రమే ప్రభుత్వం అవకాశం కల్పించింది.
ఏదేని జిల్లాలో ఒక కేడర్ లో 2021 జూన్ 30 నాటికి రెండేళ్ల సర్వీసు నిండిన ప్రభుత్వ, జిల్లా పరిషత్ యాజమాన్యాల్లో పనిచేసే ఉపాధ్యాయులు, హెచ్ఎంలు అంతర్ జిల్లా బదిలీలకు అర్హులు, బదిలీ కోరుకునే జిల్లాలోని ఎయిడెడ్, లోకల్ బాడీ, రాష్ట్ర/ కేంద్ర ప్రభుత్వ/ ప్రభుత్వరంగ సంస్థలు. యూనివర్సిటీల్లో వారి స్పౌజ్ పనిచేస్తూ ఉండాలి. అయితే స్పౌజ్ విభాగాధిపతి/ సెక్రటేరియట్ లో పనిచేస్తుంటే కృష్ణా గుంటూరు జిల్లాలకు బదిలీ చేస్తారు. స్పౌజ్కు క్లియర్ చేకెన్సీ ఉంటేనే బదిలీకి అవకాశం ఉంటుంది.
SCHEDULE FOR INTER DISTRICT TRANSFERS.(Annexure-I)
1) Applying for transfer in Online and submission of application form printouts to the concerned M.E.O from 30.06.2021 to 06.07.2021
2) Receiving application form print out and verification by the M.E.O 07.07.2021 to 10.07.2021
3) Verification by the District Educational Officer 12.07.2021 to 17.07.2021
4) Submission to the Commissioner of School Education 19.07.2021
5) Verification and finalization in the office of the Commissioner and Director of School Education 20.07.2021 to 26.07.2021
6) Submission to Government 29.07.2021
మ్యూచువల్ విష యంలో ఒకే కేటగిరీ, ఒకే యాజమాన్యానికి మాత్రమే అనుమతిస్తారు. అనధికారి కంగా విధులకు గైర్హాజరులో ఉన్నవారు. క్రమశిక్షణ చర్యలను ఎదుర్కొంటున్నవారు, సస్పెన్షన్లో ఉన్నవారు బదిలీకి అనర్హులు ఒక ఆన్లైన్ దరఖాస్తుకు మాత్రమే అనుమతిస్తారు.
బదిలీ కోరుకునే ఉపాధ్యాయులు సీఎస్ఈ వెబ్సైట్లో ఆన్లైన్ ద్వారా దరఖాస్తు చేసుకోవాలి.
