The attention of all the District Collectors and authorities competent to issue OBC Certificates in the State is drawn to the reference cited. It is reiterated that for issuance of OBC Certificates to the non-creamy layer persons sections among the Other Backward Classes (OBCs), the income limit has been enhanced from Rs.6.00 lakh to Rs.8.00 lakh per annum.

Therefore, allthe District Collectors and authorities competent to issue OBC Certificates in the Stateare requested to note the same and take action accordingly.
