All the Regional Joint Directors of School Education, District Educational Ofcers in the state are aware that, the government have issued certain instructions in the references cited for school preparedness plan and teaching learning process for the academic year 2021-22 keeping in view of the COVID-19 pandemic.

As per the reference 3rd cited above the Director,School Education has given the following instructions

Baseline Test Conducting Guidelines Time Scheduled Instructions

1) అన్ని పాఠశాలల్లో 1 వ.తరగతి నుండి 10 తరగతులకు అందరు విద్యార్థులకు ప్రారంభ పరీక్ష నిర్వహించాలి.

2) కింది తరగతి పాఠ్యాంశ విషయాలు మరియు సామర్థ్యాలకు అనుగుణంగా మాదిరి పరీక్ష పత్రాలు ఇవ్వడం జరిగింది. వీటి ఆధారంగా ఉపాధ్యాయులు స్వయంగా ప్రారంభ పరీక్ష ప్రశ్న పత్రాలు తయారు చేసి నిర్వహించాలి.

3) ఎట్టి పరిస్థితుల్లో విద్యార్థులను పాఠశాలకు పిలవరాదు.

4) తల్లి తండ్రులు ద్వారా పరీక్ష పత్రాలు పంపిణీ మరియు పరీక్ష రాసిన అనంతరం తిరిగి పొందడం చేయాలి.

5) పరీక్ష నిర్వహణ జూలై 27 నుండి 31 వరకు జరపాలి.

6) మూల్యాంకనం జూలై 28 నుండి 3 ఆగష్టు వరకు చేయాలి.

7) మార్కుల నమోదు ఆగష్టు 4 నుండి 10 వరకు.

level 1 - 1&2 తరగతులకు.

level 2 - 3,4&5 తరగతులకు.

6 నుండి 10 వరకు తెలుగు,ఇంగ్లీష్ మాధ్యమం మరియు మైనర్ మీడియం.

8) తెలుగు మరియు ఆంగ్ల మాధ్యమంలో విడివిడిగా ప్రశ్న పత్రాలను తయారు చేసుకోవాలి.

పై ప్రణాళిక సమర్థవంతంగా నిర్వహణ చేయడానికి ఉపాధ్యాయులు మరియు ప్రధానోపాధ్యాయులు భాధ్యత వహించాల్సి ఉంటుంది.
