The attention of all the Regional Joint Directors of School Education and the District Educational officers of school Education in the state are invited to the reference read above, wherein the finance department approved to fill up the (2,193) candidates in DSC 2008 who were affected due to change in selection pattern for D.Ed. and B.Ed. candidates under contract basis with minimum time scale Vide G.O.MS.39 dared: 21.06.2021.

Accordingly, instructions were issued to all the District Educational Officers in the State to conduct counselling for DSC 2008 candidates who were permited in the G.O.Ms.No.39 dated :21.06.2021 and attended for certificate verification for issuing appointment orders in the Schools.

Further, it is informed that as per the information received from all the District Educational Officers in the state it is observed that out of (2,193) candidates (1,901) candidates were appointed in them (1214) have not joined their duties. There are some vacancies due to certain candidates not joining.

The Regional Joint Directors in the state are requested to submit information of the candidates as per annexure- A particularly those who were in the list of (2,193) candidates but not attended the certificate verification due to various reasons but made representations for consideration now.

Further, it is also informed that as per G.o.Ms.No.27 dated : 26.06.201,0 the three men committee identified (4,934) effected candidates who are in the merit list.

Those candidates have also made representations to the District Educational Officers/ Director of School Education, Andhra Pradesh, Amaravati to consider their candidature for appointment on MTS basis.

ln this regard, this office is foruvarding the representations of the candidates (District wise) to all the District Educational Officers in the State and they are requested to dispose off all the representations at their end in they are not qualified. lf qualified, verify all aspects and keep ready for showing to the teams from the Office of the Regional Joint Directors of School Education of the concerned Zone.

The Regional Joint Directors of School Education in the State are requested to depute the teams to the Districts under their jurisdiction for verification of genuineness of the candidature and submit the information as per annexures A and B.

Therefore, the Regional Joint Directors of School Education in the State are requested to complete the work and send report on or before 15.O9.2O21 without fail.
