Ref:- This office guidelines on procurement of Uniforms.
The project office of SSA in the State are informed that the APCO is supplying Uniform cloth in state for the year 2015-16.They are requested to monitor the supply of uniform cloth to the SMC point in their district. The children by taking Individual measurements of the students. They are further request to take personal attention for completion of distribution of uniforms to the children's on or before 30/11/2015. Without fall. No further extension of date will not be allowed.
The SSA team of srikakulam is appreciate for the quality consciousness of the cloth supplied and he is requested to ensure to supply the uniform clothes to entair district immediately without delay.
The Project Officers are requested to furnish the weekly compliance report on distribution of Uniforms in their districts to this office without fail.
