ORDER:
1.In the reference 1st read above, the Commissioner of School Education, A.P.
Hyderabad, has requested to issue BRO for an amount of Rs. 7866.77 lakhs (Central share 5900.08 lakhs + State matching share 1966.69 lakhs) towards reimbursement of expenditure incurred for paying salaries to (5433 No) additional teachers during the F.Y.2014-15 under RMSA.
2. In the G.O. 2nd read above, Finance Department have issued Budget Release Order for an amount of Rs.78,66,77,000/- (Rupees Seventy Eight Crores Sixty Six Lakhs Seventy Seven Thousands only) Plan (Rs.143.22 lakhs from B.E.2015-16 and Rs.7723.55 lakhs as additional funds in relaxation of Treasury Control and Quarterly Regulation Orders pending provision of funds by obtaining Supplementary Grants at the appropriate time during 2015-16) (Rs.5900.08 lakhs as Central Share and Rs.1966.69 lakhs towards State Matching Share) towards reimbursement of expenditure incurred for paying salaries to (5433 No) additional teachers during the F.Y.2014-15 under RMSA under the following Head of Accounts:
3. In pursuance of the Budget Release Order issued by the Finance (FMU.Edn.) Department in the G.O. 2nd read above, Government hereby accord administrative sanction for an amount of Rs.78,66,77,000/- (Rupees Seventy Eight Crores Sixty Six Lakhs Seventy Seven Thousands only) Plan (Rs.143.22 lakhs from B.E. 2015-16 and Rs.7723.55 lakhs as additional funds in relaxation of Treasury Control and Quarterly Regulation Orders pending
provision of funds by obtaining Supplementary Grants at the appropriate time during 2015-16) (Rs.5900.08 lakhs as Central Share and Rs.1966.69 lakhs towards State Matching Share) towards reimbursement of expenditure incurred for paying salaries to (5433 No) additional

4. The Commissioner of School Education, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad is requested to furnish the reimbursement details of Recurring Expenditure. If not reimbursed, it is requested to reimburse the same immediately.
5. This order issues with the concurrence of Finance (FMU – Education) Department vide U.O.Note.No.27506/307/FMU-Edn.SE/2016, dated:15.02.2016.
