In Pursuance of the instructions issued by the State Project Director ,SSA, A.P, Amaravathi in the references cited all the Mandal Educational Officers & School Complex Headmasters are here by informed that to conduct complex level meeting and follow up the meetings Cluster Level for primary Level and Upper Primary Level teachers on the follow up block level trainings to enhance the capacity building as well as provide continues on going academic support to the teachers for improvement of quality education (Schedule Enclosed).

- UP Level : 22.02.2018 - Telugu,Maths
- Primery Level : 23.02.2018 - Maths & EVS
- UP Leve : 23.02.2018 - English,Science
- UP Level : 24.02.2018 - Hindi,Social
Therefore all the Mandal Educational Officers and School Complex Headmasters in the District are hereby instructed to conduct the Complex level Meetings at CRC Level with teachers from time, to time in an effective manner and submit physical and financial achievement and documentation feedback reports to the undersigned after completion of the programme. Therefore as per instructions of the State Project, SSA,A.P, Amaravathi, all Cluster Resource Persons are instructed to upload there concerned complex meeting minutes and other information (Attendance & Other Data.) in CSE Website in prescribed formats without fail.
