The attention of all the District Educational Officers, in the State are invited to the references read above, and In partial modification of the orders Issued in the reference 2' cited, all the District Educational Officer are  instructe to issue

instruction to all the HMS of PS & UPS school to inform about Leaves availed by the Teachers as and when granted by them to the Mandal Educational Officers duly extending a copy to school complex Head masters for making alternate arrangement, if required. These instructions should be followed scrupulously without fail.
