The attention of the all the District Educational Officers in the state is invited to the references read above and they are informed that in the reference 5th read above a meeting was conducted on 23.07.2021 with committee members as nominated in the reference 4th read above and taken the following decisions regarding entering of FA1 and FA2 marks in CSE Website.

Decision Some of the child IDs are in Drop Concerned HM should submit the out list/TC issued even though Central Marks register along with the concerned HM have paid the the scripts of the concerned Child SSC Fee and also submitted to the Deputy Educational Officer. Nominal Roll of the Child, theirAfter thorough verification of the marks were not entered due to registers Deputy Educational and submit to the DEO.

Some of the child marks were Concerned HM should submit the wrongly entered by mistake Central Marks register along with the scripts of the concerned Child to the Deputy Educational Officer. After thorough verification of the registers Deputy Educational Officer counter signed the marks and submit to the DEO.

Some of the Child marks entered Concerned HM should submit the vice versa

Central Marks register of the Child to the Deputy Educational Officer. 

After thorough verification of the registers Deputy Educational Officer counter signed the marks and submit to the DEO.

In view of the above, all the District Educational Officers in the state are requested to instruct the Head Masters in their jurisdiction and see that if any requests are pending with them the same may be submitted to the Concerned DyEO with the above mentioned records on or before 25.07.2021 without fail.

Further, they are also requested to instruct the Deputy Educational Officers in their jurisdiction to verify the records as per the above mentioned table and the same should be submitted to District Educational officer on or before 26.07.2021 without fail.

Therefore, all the District Educational Officers in the state are requested to collect the above information from the Deputy Educational Officers in their jurisdiction and verify the requests duly constituting the committee and recommend the genuine requests to this office in the prescribed proforma on or before 27.07.2021 without fail. If any grievance. pending with them they will held responsible. No grievances should be taken after 27.07.2021 at any cost. This should be treated as MOST URGENT.
