Steps to be followed on submission of application through ‘Online’.


APRJC CET 2021 ONLINE APPLICATION HOW TO APPLY PROCESS:



i. The candidates shall first go through the information bulletin carefully and satisfy their eligibility for appearing for admission into APRJCs & DCs f or the academi c year 2021-22.

ii. The candidate after satisfying himself/ herself about the eligibility criteria for submission of application through online shall pay fee of Rs.250.00 through online from 24-06-2021 to 15-07-2021.

iii. Through Online, the candidate has to give the required preliminary data (i.e. Name of the candidate, Date of birth and mobile phone number).

iv. On payment of fee at ONLINE, the candidate shall be issued a candidate ID with which she/he can proceed with submission of application through online through the website https://aprs.apcfss.

in Issue of Candidate I.D. does not mean that the candidate has completed submission of applicationonline. It is only a confirmation of the fee received.

v. The candidates shall follow the procedure as given in the ‘Information Bulletin’ for submission of online application and also as per the instructions provided online while filling up the online application form. The Candidate should be ready with photograph of size 3.5 X 4.5 cms before filling th e online application. 

The Photo should be scanned and uploaded along with the application form.

vi. While filling the online application, the candidate has to opt the course. Once a course is opted, that cannot be changed.

vii.On submission of online Application, the candidate has to take a copy (print) of application form in which a reference number also be given. is to be preserved for further reference.

viii.For any mistakes/incorrect information, the candidate is solely held responsible. Hence, they must take utmost care while filling the online application.

ix. The Applications of the ineligible candidates will be rejected summarily.

x. The selected Candidate should be able to produce the original certificates at the time of admission as a proof to the information furnished in the application.

xi. The selection of the candidate will be summarily rejected if they fail to submit the necessary documents at the time of admission.

2. The candidates are personally held responsible for incorrect information in the application form.

3. The Regional Convener reserves all the rights to cancel the admission at any stage, if the particulars furnished by the candidate are found incorrect or against the rules of admissions.


SELECTION OF STUDENTS: 


Admissions are taken through Random Selection Method i.e. DRAWL OF LOTS. on the basis of Reservation and Jurisdiction.


a. The Regional Selection Committee 

headed by the District Collectors of Guntur & Kurnool will select the candidates for admission into I Year Intermediate in 10 APR Junior Colleges through Random selection method (Drawl of lots) to ensure 100% transparency in admission process.


b. REGIONAL SELECTIN COMMITTEE:

The District Collectors of Guntur & Kurnool shall constitute the Regional Level Selection Committee for selection of students into IST Year Intermediate in 07 General APR Junior Colleges with the following Members

c. Category wise information shall be maintained separately as per the applications received i.e. 



Gender wise and Category wise 



1.OC, 

2.SC, 

3. ST, 

4. BC-A, 

5. BC-B, 

6. BC-C, 

7. BC-D, 

8. BC-E, 

9. PHC, 

10.Sports, 

11. CAP.



d. The Drawl of Lots has to be conducted in a hall at the venue decided by the District Collectors of Guntur & Kurnool concerned on the date prescribed for drawl of lots.

e. The District Judge or the nominee of the Judge of Guntur/Kurnool is to be invited for the Drawl of Lots.

f. The Superintendent of Police, Guntur/ Kurnool shall also be invited for the Drawl of Lots.



THE PROCESS OF DRAWL OF LOTS FOR SELECTION OF CANDIDATES SHALL BE CONDUCTED AS FOLLOWS:



a.The Regional Level Selection committee shall conduct the draw as per the schedule. The date and time shall be informed to the Di strict Judge and the Superintendent of Police well  in advance.

b.50 parents will be selected by the Regional selection committee through Random Selection. The selected parents are to be invited for Drawl of Lots to witness the process. An amount of Rs.250/- will be paid to each parent who attends for Drawl of Lots towards incidental expenses.

c.Separate enclosure is to be arranged for Press & Electronic media at the Venue.

d.Sufficient seating arrangement shall be made for the parents who are invited to witness the Drawl of Lots. Attendance is to be taken from the parents in a Register.

e.Arrangements shall be made for video recording of the entire process with the support of the DPRO or from the Local TV network.

f.Category wise slips containing Basic Data of the Students shall be prepared ready. As per the schedule the slips should be cut precisely across the line of the slips in the presence of the invitees and drop them into the Buckets allotted Gender wise, category wise already arranged. The Buckets distinctly labeled category wise visible to all.

g.The Draw shall be conducted until completion of all categories as per the sanctioned strength of Colleges in the Region concerned.

h.One slip at a time shall be picked out of the bucket, display to all the members, to the parents and the Name of the applicant with his/her Category shall be announced clearly three times over the Public Addressing system.

i.Arrangements shall be made for recording the details of the candidates selected on the other side of the Dias:


1. One person is assigned for manual recording in a separate register.

2. One person is assigned for Computer Feeding simultaneously.


j. The recording shall be made in the prescribed format communicated by the O/o the Secretary, APREIS, Guntur. Two experienced staff members are to be engaged by the Regional Convenor concerned for recording manually and also on computer.

k. The District Collectors of Guntur/Kurnool concerned shall appoint two Revenue Officers as observers throughout the process of drawl of lots.

l.Cent Percent Category-wise draw for Waiting List shall also be taken up as per category wise and gender wise immediately after completion of the 1st list of drawls duly following the same procedure. The resultant vacancies raised due to non-joining from  the 1st selection list, the candidates selected under Waiting List shall be given preference for admission as per the wait list.


IMPORTANTE INSTRUCTIONS  TO THE CANDIDATES


i.In the above process, if the sufficient number of candidates are not available for PHC/Sports/CAP, such seats shall be allotted to Open Category.

ii. If sufficient number of candidates are not available for BC-A then such seats will be allotted to BC-B i.e. carry forward system. The same principle is applicable to the subsequent categories i.e. BC-B/BC-C/BC-D/BC-E.

iii.If sufficient number of candidates is not available for SC/ST seats then such seats shall be allotted to ST/SC candidates vice-versa.

iv.All the Lists of selected candidates have to be computerized simultaneously. Signatures of the Committee Members shall be taken on the computerized lists on eachpage. 

The signatures of Special Invitees, the Judge, the Superintendent of Police etc., shall be taken in the Registers written manually. There shall be no corrections in any of the lists. The signed lists i.e., selected list (1st) and waiting lists signed by the Committee Members should be kept with the District Coordinator concerned.

v.Lists should be made available on the Notice Boards at the O/o the District Collector and in all APResidential Junior Colleges on the next day of Drawl of Lots. List of selected candidates will also be made available on https://aprs.apcfss.in. 

Intimation letters shall be sent to the selected candidates.

vi. The information furnished in application by the candidate will only be considered and registered and if any candidate fails to fill the complete information or given wrong information, the fault lies with the candidate only.


I.ALLOTMENT OF COLLEGES:


1.Admission will be made in all APR Junior Colleges as per the Preferences given in application form by the candidates.

2.After completion of first list admissions, details of non-joining seats will be collected by the Regional Convenor and placed before the Committee. The Committee allots seats from Waiting List duly following the same procedure.
