Personal attention of all the Treasury Officers PAO/ Nodal Officer 2 in the State is invited to the subject cited, and they are informed that vide reference cited, the Government have instructed the DTA to prepare a draft data on the pending cases of with/ without PRAN Numbers and died while in service/ retired and with/without contributions etc

Therefore, as instructed by the Government, the DDs of District Treasuries in the State and the Pay & Accounts Officer, A.P are requested to furnish the information positively by 06.08.2021 in the format stated below

The treasury officers are requested to put a tick mark the the relevant column (i.e., column 3 to column 10) applicable to the employee mentioned. This information shall be based on the requests/grievances received by the treasury officers only.

రాష్ట్రంలోని CPS ఉద్యోగ ఉపాధ్యాయుల అందరికీ మన రాష్ట్ర ప్రభుత్వం రాష్ట్ర ఖజానా శాఖ వారిని సిపిఎస్ ఉద్యోగులకు సంబంధించి ఈ దిగువ సమాచారాన్ని కోరడం జరిగింది.

1.CPS ఉద్యోగి ప్రాన్ కార్డు  ఉండి సర్వీస్ లో చనిపోతే కాంట్రిబ్యూషన్ జమ అయ్యి చనిపోయాడా?

2.CPS  ఎంప్లాయిస్ ప్రాన్ నెంబర్ లేకుండా సర్వీస్ లో చనిపోతే, కాంట్రిబ్యూషన్ జమ అయ్యి చనిపోయారా, అసలు కాంట్రిబ్యూషన్ జమ చేయకుండా చనిపోయారా?

3.CPS ఎంప్లాయిస్ PRAN నెంబర్ ఉండి రిటైర్ అయితే కాంట్రిబ్యూషన్ ఉండి రిటైర్ అయ్యాడా, లేకుండా రిటైర్ అయ్యాడా?

4.ప్రాన్ నెంబర్ లేకుండా రిటైర్ అయితే కాంట్రిబ్యూషన్ ఉండి రిటైర్ అయ్యాడా లేకుండా రిటైర్ అయ్యాడా?

పై వివరాలతో తెలిసిన సమాచారాన్ని CPS  ఉద్యోగులు మరణించినా లేదా రిటైరయినా ఎక్కడైతే చనిపోయారో, ఎక్కడైతే రిటైర్ అయ్యారో ఆ సంబంధిత ఖజానా కార్యాలయాలలో(STO OFFICE) తెలియజేసినట్లు అయితే వారి కుటుంబానికి పెన్షన్ బెనిఫిట్స్ సెటిల్ చేయడానికి అవకాశం ఉంటుంది

Hence, all the officers in the address entry are requested to take necessary action for furnishing the information desired by the Government.
