The attention of all the RJDSEs and DEOs in the state is invited to the reference read above, wherein certain instructions were issued for preparation of seniority lists of SGTs/ School Assistants and equivalent cadres in their respective districts and to display in the district websites to take up promotions.




Further, all the RJDSEs and DEOs in the state are informed to issue necessary instructions to all the SGTs/ School Assistants and equivalent cadres working under their jurisdiction(Govt / ZPP/ MPP) to update their details pertaining to their qualifcations/ tests passed along with their demographical information in the Teacher Information System (TIS) provided in CSE portal duly logging with their respective treasury IDs on or before 25.08.2021

Further all the District Educational Officers in the state are informed to confrm the details updated by the respective SGT/SA and its equivalent cadres duly verifying the entries made in the service registers of the respective individuals.

The above said exercise should be completed on or before 31.08.2021 without fail and prepare the seniority list as per Andhra Pradesh State and Sub-ordinate Service Rules, 1996(APSSR, 1996) for the panel year 2021-22 duly following the procedure in the reference read above. Promotions will be taken up during the panel year 2021-22 basing on the Seniority list now fnalized. Hence, they are requested to inform the teachers to update all the details within the stipulated period.

In this connection, all the RJDSEs and DEOs in the state are informed that, if any technical issues arise on updation of details in TIS, the concerned may be informed to contact their ASO/APO in their respective district offices. If the ASO/APO has any issues, they may contact the IT Cell, O/o DSE, AP, Amaravati for further clarifcations.

Any deviation in the matter will be viewed seriously and the concerned DEOs in the state will be held personal responsible for any further complications in the matter.
