The attention of all the District Educational Officers/regional Joint Directors of School Education in the state are noticed that it is brought to notice that certain Junior Headmasters are having Full Additional Charge to the post of MEOs where senior most Headmasters are working in the same Mandal who have been transferred/joined in the 2015 teachers and HMs transfer counselling.

Therefore, all the District Educational officers/regional Joint Directors of School Education in the state are informed to keep senior Head Master of the Mandal as Full Additional Charge to the post of Mandal Educational Officer (M.E.Os) where junior Headmasters having Full Additional Charge to the post Mandal Educational Officer duly following the norms.

 This has approval of the Director of school education telanganna,Hyderabad.
