Jagananna Vidya Kanuka" on 8th October, 2020 for distribution of the student school kits consisting of 1-School Bag, 1-Belt, Pair of shoes & two Pairs of Socks , 3 pair of Uniforms along with Notebooks, Work Books and Text Books to school children studying in Government management schools, aided schools and Registered Madarasas of Andhra Pradesh.

Further certain queries have been raised by Head Masters with regard to accommodate new enrolment (2020-2021) of Class 1 students in JVK mobile application in existing database to migrate 5th, 7th, & 8th class students in the promoted schools for distribution of kits. Textbooks indent hm login page. In this context the JVK kits mobile application was enabled in existing database as such indents were placed for procurement based on that database only. Now after the requests/concerns raised by the Head Masters and after holding a video conference with all Additional Project Coordinators of Samagra Shiksha on 9-10-20, it is decided to adopt 2020-2021 database for distribution of JVK Kits. And also a sub module will be created for classes 5th, 7th & 8th separately to avoid confusion for distribution.

Therefore Regional Joint Directors, District Educational Officers and Additional Project Directors, Samagra Shiksha are requested to make necessary arrangements for shifting the material from existing school to new enrolled schools and distribute JVK Kits to the students by duly updating the data in the school logins provided for the said purpose

How to JVK - 2 Material Received  Details Submitted in CSE Website Step by Step process

Step:1 Go to Official CSE Website at https://schooledu.ap.gov.in/SIMSSERVICES21/login.htm

Step:2 Enter Udise Code Password And Enter Captha Enter the Verification Code as displayed in the image

Step:3 Select Services and Enter S3-HM received data

Step:4 Submit Material Received  Details in Meos office like student school kits consisting of 1-School Bag, 1-Belt, Pair of shoes & two Pairs of Socks , 3 pair of Uniforms along with Notebooks, Work Books and Text Books Submitted

Step:5 Finally Submitted details
